The duct is arranged on the side face of the wheel type propeller assembly and connected with the vehicle body through the installation support. The driving motor is arranged in the duct, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the wheel type propeller assembly. Through the special duct design, the wheel type propellers do not move relative to the vehicle body, the power direction is changed only through the duct, and 90-degree steering of the airflow direction is achieved; the propellers do not need to be unfolded, in a traffic jam or crowded space, the vertical take-off of the vehicle can be realized only by vertically downwards arranging the air outlets of the ducts, and the occupied space is small; inclined holes formed in the tire and the rim can increase the air inlet amount, reduce the wind resistance and reduce the weight of the assembly.
