The invention relates to a method for accurately mounting a low-position toggle plate of a containment system liquid cargo tank. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, marking a low-position toggle plate positioning cross line on a low-position toggle plate mounting surface; 2, placing a low-position toggle plate positioning template at the position of the cross line, wherein the low-position toggle plate positioning template comprises a square plate body, a right-triangle-shaped template positioning opening is formed in each of the centers of the four edges of the square plate body, and the straight edges of the four template positioning openings of the low-position toggle plate positioning template coincide and align with the cross line; then, marking contour lines of the low-position toggle plate positioning openings on the low-position toggle plate mounting surface along the low-position toggle plate positioning openings; 3, positioning three low-position toggle plates according to the contour lines of the low-position toggle plate positioning openings, and carrying out spot welding fixing on the low-position toggle plates; and 4, welding the low-position toggle plates, and completing welding. By means of the mounting method, the position relation among the three low-position toggle plates in each set can be guaranteed to be consistent, the follow-up stand column mounting precision is guaranteed, and the ship building quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种围护系统液货舱低位肘板精确安装的方法,包括:步骤1、在低位肘板安装面上划出低位肘板定位十字线;步骤2、在十字线的位置放置低位肘板定位模板,低位肘板定位模板包括方形板体,在方形板体的四边中心分别设有一个直角三角形的模板定位开口,将低位肘板定位模板的四个模板定位开口的直边与十字线重合对齐;然后沿低位肘板定位开口在低位肘板安装面上划出低位肘板定位开口的轮廓线;步骤3、根据低位肘板定位开口的轮廓线对三块低位肘板进行定位,对低位肘板进行点焊固定;步骤4、焊接低位肘板,完成焊接。通过本发明的安装方法可以保证每组的三块低位肘板之间的位置关系一致,保证后续立柱安装的精度,提升船舶建造质量。
