The invention discloses a mounting method for liquid dome angle steel pieces of an MARK3 type liquid cargo tank containment system. The mounting method comprises the following steps of firstly, conducting liquid dome secondary shielding adhesion trepanning; 2, confirming the state of a bolt hole; 3, determining the adhesion size; 4, sticking an adhesive tape; 5, finely adjusting the angle of the angle steel piece; 6, cleaning the adhesion surface; 7, conducting glue coating and angle steel piece installation, and waiting for glue hardening; 8, conducting surface treatment after hardening; and 9, applying torque to a nut, and conducting nut spot welding. Practice proves that in the construction process, adhesion damage of the stainless steel FSB in the original liquid dome corner area is not prone to being caused, the quality is reliable, and it is guaranteed that the liquid dome area tightness experiment result is good. The manufacturing process is simple, the operation is convenient, the safety coefficient is high, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种MARK3型液货舱围护系统液穹角钢件安装方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、液穹次屏蔽粘连开孔;步骤二、螺栓孔状态确认;步骤三、确定粘连尺寸;步骤四、粘贴胶带;步骤五、微调角钢件角度;步骤六、粘连表面清洁;步骤七、涂布胶水及角钢件安装,等待胶水硬化;步骤八、硬化后表面处理;步骤九、螺母上扭力及螺母点焊。本发明方法经过实践论证,且施工过程中不容易造成原有液穹角区不锈钢FSB粘连的损坏,质量可靠,保证了液穹区域密性实验结果良好。本发明制造工艺简单,操作方便,安全系数高,提高了工作效率。
