The rack comprises a garbage storage box, a garbage collection mechanism fixing frame fixed to the garbage storage box, a binocular camera, an aurora radar fixing frame and a laser radar. The garbage collection mechanism is mainly composed of a bucket, a bucket moving frame, a connecting rod, a linkage shaft and a garbage collection motor fixed to the linkage shaft, vertical movement and rotation of the bucket are achieved by controlling the garbage collection motor, and then garbage collection is achieved. Each suspension type transmission mechanism is mainly composed of a transmission motor, a universal transmission shaft, a wheel seat, a hydraulic rod and a wheel seat support, the transmission motors are controlled, transmission of the universal transmission shafts is achieved, spiral propellers which are distributed on the two sides of the device respectively and connected with the two suspension type transmission mechanisms on each side are driven to rotate, then amphibious movement is achieved, and the hydraulic rods can also play a role in damping when the advancing vibration is large. According to the amphibious garbage cleaning device, beach environment maintenance automation can be achieved, the pressure of sanitation workers is relieved, the beach maintenance cost is reduced, and the beach environment is beautified.
