The invention relates to the related technical field of automobile manufacturing, and particularly discloses a power supply device of a passive sensor in a tire. The power supply device comprises a tire outer tire, a piezoelectric energy harvesting layer, a thermoelectric energy harvesting layer and a main circuit control board, the piezoelectric energy harvesting layer is tightly attached to the inner side of the tire outer tire, the thermoelectric energy harvesting layer is tightly attached to the piezoelectric energy harvesting layer, and the main circuit control board is connected with the piezoelectric energy harvesting layer and the thermoelectric energy harvesting layer. In the running process of a vehicle, a large amount of heat can be generated by interaction force between a tire and the ground, tire-ground friction and rotating shaft friction, the piezoelectric energy harvesting layer and the thermoelectric energy harvesting layer work to harvest energy, current is stored in a capacitor to supply power to a tire pressure sensor, a tire temperature sensor and the like which are additionally arranged in the tire, and the maintenance period, the service life and the use cost of the intelligent tire are greatly improved.

    本发明涉及汽车制造相关技术领域,具体公开了一种车胎胎内无源传感器的供电装置,包括车胎外胎、压电俘能层、热电俘能层和主电路控制板,所述压电俘能层紧贴所述车胎外胎内侧放置,所述热电俘能层紧贴所述压电俘能层,所述主电路控制板分别与所述压电俘能层和热电俘能层连接。本发明利用车辆在行走过程中,轮胎和地面间的相互作用力和胎地摩擦和转轴摩擦会产生大量的热量,通过压电俘能层和热电俘能层工作俘能,将电流储存至电容中为车胎内部加装胎压传感器、胎温传感器等供电,大大提高了智能车胎的保养期限和使用寿命和使用成本。
