The device comprises an energy emission module and an energy storage module, wherein the energy emission module comprises a control unit, a boost unit, a first electronic switch and a first oscillation circuit, the output end of the boost unit is in series connection with the first electronic switch and then is electrically connected with the first oscillation circuit, the control unit is electrically connected with the driving end of the first electronic switch, the control unit drives the first electronic switch to be switched on at a preset frequency, and the first oscillation circuit is used for exciting and generating an alternating magnetic field; the energy storage module comprises a second oscillation circuit, an energy receiving unit and an electric energy storage unit, the second oscillation circuit and the electric energy storage unit are electrically connected with the energy receiving unit, the second oscillation circuit is used for generating electric energy through the alternating magnetic field and outputting the electric energy to the energy receiving unit, the energy receiving unit charges the electric energy storage unit, and power is supplied to the tire monitoring sensor. The power supply device provided by the invention realizes passive power supply of the tire monitoring sensor.
