The throttle cross section of the throttle point decreases when the flow rate of the damping medium increases within the throttle point, the circumferential annular groove forms a pressure chamber filled with the damping medium, so that an actuating force directed radially outward acts on the valve body, wherein the pressure chamber is a constituent part of a hydraulic system which has a connector connected to at least one working chamber of the vibration damper and whose hydraulic connection to the pressure chamber can be set.
