The present invention relates to a throttle valve closing device linked to a brake pedal. The throttle valve closing device linked to a brake pedal comprises: a stopping unit (10) formed on a rotary shaft (11) of a throttle valve; a closing means (20) connected to a brake pedal (60) by a wire (50) to reciprocate along a guide (40) or reciprocate around a rotating center unit (21) by a force stepping on the brake pedal (60) to push the stopping unit (10); and a return means (30) to return the position of the closing means (20) to the original position. The present invention does not rely on ECU estimated to be the main cause of sudden unintended acceleration, has high mechanical reliability due to a simple structure, and allows a driver to reliably control a situation of sudden unintended acceleration by connection to an instinctive brake operating action of panicking drivers in sudden unintended acceleration.

    본 발명은 브레이크 페달에 연동된 스로틀밸브 폐쇄장치에 관한 것으로 스로틀밸브 회전축(11)에 형성되어 있는 걸림부(10)와 브레이크 페달(60)에 와이어(50)로 연결되어서 브레이크 페달(60)을 밟는 힘에 의해 가이드(40)를 따라 왕복운동 하거나 또는 회전중심부(21)를 구심점으로 왕복운동 하여 상기 걸림부(10)를 밀도록 형성되어 있는 폐쇄수단(20)과 상기 폐쇄수단(20)의 위치를 원상복귀 시키는 복귀수단(30)을 포함하여 구성함으로써 급발진의 주요 원인으로 추정되는 ECU에 의존하지 않으며 그 단순한 구조로 인하여 기계적 신뢰성이 매우 높고 급발진 상황시 당황한 운전자들이 본능적으로 하게 되는 브레이크를 조작하는 행동에 연계하여 운전자가 확실하게 급발진 상황을 통제할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
