The invention discloses a steel rail detection system which comprises a walking mechanism and a horizontal moving mechanism, and a detection device is accurately moved right above a to-be-detected position by moving parallel to the extending direction of a steel rail; besides, a vertical lifting mechanism and a centering mechanism are included; the vertical lifting mechanism is provided with a detection device and can drive the detection device to ascend and descend; the centering mechanism is connected with the detection device and comprises a stress mechanism and a follow-up mechanism, the stress mechanism generates acting force in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the steel rail when the stress mechanism is in the non-centering state, and the follow-up mechanism conducts self-adaptive adjusting movement in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the steel rail under the stress condition so that the detection device can be aligned to the center of the steel rail. The problems that an existing steel rail detection device is low in automation degree, time-consuming and labor-consuming in operation and low in detection efficiency can be solved, the situation that detection equipment needs to be manually adjusted in the past is changed, and the effect that a detection probe is automatically and rapidly aligned to a to-be-detected position is achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢轨检测系统,包括行走机构、水平移动机构,通过平行于钢轨延伸方向移动将检测装置准确移动待检测位置正上方;竖直升降机构,其上设置有检测装置,可带动所述检测装置升降;对中机构,与检测装置连接,包括受力机构、随动机构,受力机构设置为处于非对中状态位置时受力机构产生沿垂直于钢轨延伸方向作用力,随动机构在受力的情况下沿垂直于钢轨延伸方向做自适应的调整运动使得检测装置对准钢轨中心。本发明能改善现有的钢轨检测装置自动化程度低、操作费时费力、检测效率低的问题,并改变以往需要手动调整检测设备的情况,实现将检测探头自动快速对准待检位置的效果。
