The invention discloses an undercarriage bearing structure which is characterized in that a clamping shaft is a main undercarriage load transmission component, and a convex clamping jaw is arranged at the front end of the clamping shaft; a chuck is a plate-shaped component, a through hole is formed in the middle of the chuck, the clamping shaft penetrates through the undercarriage rocker arm and the connector and then is clamped into the chuck, and the load of the undercarriage is transmitted to the connector; a supporting plate nut is installed between the chuck and the connector and used for being matched with the long pin shaft; a hole for the clamping shaft to pass through is formed in the connector with the inter-shaft lining, the long pin shaft penetrates through the lock washer and the clamping shaft, the end of the long pin shaft is in threaded connection with the supporting plate nut, rotation of the long pin shaft relative to the clamping shaft is limited through the lock washer, and meanwhile the clamping shaft is limited to move in the axial direction. The load of the undercarriage is transmitted through the hollow clamping shaft, and the structural weight is reduced; the clamping shaft and the chuck are matched through the claws and the grooves, disassembly and assembly are convenient, design is ingenious, and maintenance of the undercarriage is facilitated. The bearing structure is small in section size, direct in force transmission and high in structural weight efficiency.
本发明公开了一种起落架承载结构,其中:卡轴为起落架载荷主要传载构件,卡轴前端设置有外凸式卡爪;卡盘为板状构件,在卡盘中部开设有通孔,卡轴穿过起落架摇臂和接头后卡入卡盘,将起落架的载荷传递给接头;所述托板螺母安装在卡盘与接头之间,用于和长销轴配合;带有轴间衬套的所述接头上开设有用于通过卡轴的孔,长销轴穿过止动垫圈和卡轴,长销轴的端部与托板螺母螺纹连接,通过止动垫圈限制长销轴相对于卡轴的转动,同时限制卡轴沿轴向移动。本发明通过空心卡轴传递起落架载荷,减轻结构重量;卡轴与卡盘通过爪和槽的形式配合,拆装方便,设计巧妙,便于起落架的维护。该承载结构截面尺寸小,传力直接,结构重量效率高。
