The invention discloses a driving energy-adjustable rotary wing aircraft with a fixed wing, wherein the aircraft is characterized by comprising rotary curtain wings, rotary shafts, speed reducers, motors, a fuselage frame and the fixed wings; the two rotary shafts are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the fuselage frame, and the axis directions of the two rotary shafts are both perpendicular to the longitudinal symmetry plane of the aircraft; the two motors arranged on the fuselage frame are decelerated through the two speed reducers arranged on the fuselage frame respectively and then drive the two rotary shafts to rotate continuously; the two rotary curtain wings are fixedly connected to the two rotary shafts respectively, each rotary curtain wing comprises a rotary frame and a curtain wing body mounted in the rotary frame, and each curtain wing body comprises a curtain wing frame and soft curtain mounted on the curtain wing frame; and coil springs and driving motors are further arranged in the curtain wing frames and used for controlling the soft curtains to unfold and contract, and the fixed wing is arranged on the fuselage frame and used for generating lift force.
