The invention provides a battery thermal management method applying a digital twinning technology, the method comprises the following steps: firstly, a small part of vehicle products of the same battery pack system are selected as characteristic vehicles, and a multi-point temperature sensor is arranged in the battery pack of the vehicle products to acquire information; the characteristic vehicles upload the voltage, current and various temperature information data of the battery pack to a cloud big data platform; the cloud platform constructs a digital twinning model of the battery pack product; the constructed model reaches the vehicle end through a vehicle-cloud communication technology, a battery pack temperature field of a client vehicle is reduced based on the model in combination with a characteristic signal acquired by the battery management slave control system, and a current thermal field control strategy is optimized while the thermal field is monitored, thereby realizing high-precision real-time thermal management of the battery pack.
本发明提供了一种应用数字孪生技术的电池热管理方法,其首先对于相同的电池组系统车辆产品选取小部分作为特征车辆,并在其电池组内部布置多点温度传感器进行信息采集;特征车辆输将电池组电压、电流以及各类温度信息数据上传至云端大数据平台;云端平台构建该电池组产品的数字孪生模型;并将构建完毕的模型通过车‑云通信技术下达到车端,客户车辆基于该模型,结合电池管理从控系统采集的特征信号进行本车辆的电池组温度场还原,在对热场监控的同时进而优化当前热场控制策略,实现了电池组的高精度实时热管理。
