The invention discloses an intelligent reservoir area management method based on digital twinning of aluminum anode carbon, a virtual model of a reservoir area is established by using a digital twinning technology, a plurality of storage subareas are arranged to store raw blocks and cooked blocks respectively, and the virtual model comprises position, state and stacking mode information of anode carbon blocks in the reservoir area; the position and the state of the anode carbon block in the reservoir area are monitored in real time, and dynamic process detection is conducted through a multi-line laser radar; the unmanned stacking crown block is used for intelligent stacking and transferring; a plurality of operation modes are provided to meet different process requirements; and the data communication between the crown block and the ground management server is realized by using a wireless communication system. The method has the beneficial effects that the method for managing the anode carbon block reservoir area is efficient, energy-saving and automatic. Through comprehensive application of a digital twin technology, autonomous navigation, intelligent decision and remote communication, reservoir area management is improved to a new level, and the increasing requirements of modern industry for resource utilization efficiency and safety are met.

    本发明公开一种基于铝用阳极炭素数字孪生的库区智能化管理方法,利用数字孪生技术建立库区的虚拟模型,设置若干储存分区,分别存放生块、熟块,虚拟模型包括库区内阳极炭块的位置、状态、堆垛方式信息;实时监测库区内阳极炭块的位置和状态,通过多线激光雷达进行动态过程检测;利用无人堆垛天车进行智能化堆存和转运;提供多种操作模式,以满足不同工艺要求;使用无线通信系统实现天车与地面管理服务器之间的数据通讯。有益效果:提供了一种高效、节能和自动化的阳极炭块库区管理方法。通过数字孪生技术、自主导航、智能决策和远程通信的综合应用,将库区管理提升到一个新的水平,满足了现代工业对资源利用效率和安全性的不断增长的需求。
