The invention provides a charger system and method for controlling the charging capacity of a battery of an electric bicycle, the charger system comprises a battery detector, a server side, a mobile phone client side and a charger, the battery capacity characteristic data of each battery model is established through measurement, and the mobile phone client side can set the battery charging percentage; the charger can measure and calculate the residual electric quantity of the battery needing to be charged, the charging electric quantity needed by the battery is obtained by subtracting the residual electric quantity from the electric quantity corresponding to the battery charging percentage, and finally the estimated charging time is calculated. According to the invention, the predicted charging time of various types of batteries can be determined, the percentage of the total electric quantity of the battery is set for charging, and the electric bicycle can be charged according to the actual demand of a user.

    本发明提供了用于控制电动自行车电池充电电量的充电器系统及其方法,充电器系统包括:电池检测仪、服务器端、手机客户端、充电器,通过测量建立每种电池型号的电池电量特性数据,手机客户端可以设定电池充电百分比,充电器可测量计算出需要充电的电池的剩余电量,电池充电百分比对应的电量减去剩余电量得出电池所需充电电量,最终计算得出预计充电时间。本发明可确定各种种类型号电池的预计充电时间,并设定电池总电量的百分比进行充电,可根据用户实际需求为电动自行车充电。
