The invention discloses a lithium battery electric bicycle conduction type safe and fast charger and a charging method. The lithium battery electric bicycle conduction type safe and fast charger comprises a current output adjustable switching power supply, a signal conditioning module, a microprocessor module, a DCDC converter, a temperature sensor array data collector, a voltage sampling circuit and an alarm module. The signal conditioning module is respectively connected with the current output adjustable switching power supply and the microprocessor module; and the temperature sensor array data collector is connected with the microprocessor module. In order to solve the problem of time lag of temperature diffusion and propagation, the temperature sensor array data collector is used, the temperature of the lithium battery of the electric vehicle can be found faster than a few temperature measuring points, charging energy supply can be stopped when the temperature does not reach an ignition point, and fire disasters are prevented. According to the invention, the intensity of the automatically adjusted constant-current charging current is automatically selected under the charging safety condition, so that the purpose of safe and fast charging is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种锂电池电动自行车传导式安全快速充电器及充电方法,包括电流输出可调式开关电源、信号调理模块、微处理器模块、DCDC变换器、温度传感器阵列数据采集器、电压取样电路、报警模块。信号调理模块分别连接电流输出可调式开关电源连接和微处理器模块;温度传感器阵列数据采集器连接微处理器模块。为了解决温度扩散传播的时滞性的问题,本发明使用了温度传感器阵列数据采集器,比少数测温点更快发现电动车锂电池的温度,可以在没达到燃点时终止充电能量供给,防止火灾发生。本发明的自动调节恒流充电电流的强度,是在充电安全条件下自动选择的,由此达到了安全快充的目的。
