The invention provides a special foamed polypropylene plate for an automobile as well as a preparation method and application of the foamed polypropylene plate. The special foamed polypropylene plate for the automobile comprises the following components: polypropylene resin, functionalized white carbon black, a cross-linking agent, an antioxidant, a flexibilizer and a foaming agent, wherein the functionalized white carbon black is nano white carbon black which is sequentially subjected to silica sol coating, vinylation and electron irradiation cross-linking agent pretreatment. The foamed polypropylene plate has the advantages of lower density, higher inorganic material addition amount, better mechanical strength and better heat resistance. The foamed polypropylene plate can be used for a decorative plate, a floor, a shading plate, a sound insulation plate, an inner decorative part and a box body of the automobile.

    本发明提供了一种汽车专用发泡聚丙烯板材及其制备方法和用途。所述汽车专用发泡聚丙烯板材组分包括:聚丙烯树脂、功能化白炭黑、交联剂、抗氧剂、增韧剂、发泡剂;所述功能化白炭黑为依次经过硅溶胶包覆、乙烯基化以及电子辐照交联剂预处理的纳米白炭黑。该发泡聚丙烯板材具有更低的密度、更高无机材料添加量、更好的机械强度和更好的耐热性。本发明可用于汽车的装饰板、地板、遮光板、隔音板、内装饰件和箱体。
