The invention discloses a riding electric vehicle braking system and a control method thereof. An independent brake handle is arranged, and a brake and an electric switch are arranged on the two grips respectively, so the accuracy of control over the electric switch and the brake is guaranteed, and one grip controls front and rear brakes of the wheels together; therefore, the possibility that the electric vehicle sideslips and turns over due to braking is avoided, and the riding safety of the electric vehicle is improved.

    本发明揭示了一种骑行电动车制动系统及其控制方法,通过设置独立的制动把手,将制动和电门分别设置在两个握把上,保证对电门和制动控制的精准性,同时一个握把对车轮的前后刹车共同控制,避免了因为制动而导致电动车侧滑翻到的可能,提升了电动车骑行的安全性。
