The invention discloses a monocular vehicle high beam normally-open detection device based on double different inclination angles, and belongs to the field of communication and transportation signal control equipment. According to the device, two monocular camera high beam normally-open light detection units with fixed inclination angles of alpha and beta respectively are arranged on a detection cross rod 3 which is more than 5m high by utilizing the irradiation angle of a vehicle high beam. According to presetting, when the vehicle with the high beam turned on passes through the position before and after the position away from a detection point 1, lamplight of the vehicle with the high beam turned on irradiates on the monocular camera 1, a sensitive element on the monocular camera 1 is triggered, the sensitive element only receives light of the high beam of the vehicle with the high beam turned on through technical processing, and the monocular camera 1 shoots the license plate number of the corresponding vehicle. When the vehicle with the high beam turned on passes through the front and back of a detection point 2, lamplight of the vehicle with the high beam turned on irradiates on a monocular camera 2, a sensitive element on the monocular camera 2 is triggered, and the monocular camera 2 shoots a corresponding license plate number. The two pictures are transmitted to background equipment and compared, and if the two pictures are the same license plate number, it is judged that the high beam of the vehicle is normally turned on to serve as a judgment basis. The device has the characteristics that an algorithm is not needed, the development cost is low, monocular cameras are easy to maintain, two monocular cameras with sensitive elements respectively are used for photographing, the adjusting range is large, the adaptive road condition range is wide, and the judgment is accurate.

    本发明公开了一种基于双支异倾角的单目车辆远光灯常开检测装置,属交通运输信号控制设备领域。此装置利用车辆远光灯照射角度,在高5m以上检测横杆3上安装两只固定倾角分别为α和β的单目相机远光灯常开光检测单元。根据预先设定,当开远光灯车辆通过距检测点1处前后时,开远光灯车辆灯光照射在单目相机1上,触发单目相机1上的敏感元件,此敏感元件经技术处理只接收开远光灯车辆远光灯光线,单目相机1拍下对应车辆的车牌号。当开远光灯车辆通过距检测点2处前后时,开远光灯车灯光照射在单目相机2上,触发单目相机2上的敏感元件,单目相机2拍下对应车牌号。两张照片传输到后台设备,经过比对,若为同一车牌号,侧判定为车辆远光灯常开,作为判定依据。此装置具有无需算法,开发成本低、单目易于维护、用两只分别带有敏感元件的单目相机拍照调节范围大、适应路况广、判别准确等特点。
