The invention discloses an output module suitable for high-power charging, and relates to the technical field of charging piles, and the output module comprises an insulating shell which is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes; a module assembly which is fixedly packaged in the insulating shell, the module assembly comprises a main control module and a direct current power supply module, and the main control module is used for communicating with a charging pile main control end and an electric vehicle end and controlling the direct current power supply module to supply power to an electric vehicle; and a heat dissipation fan which is fixedly arranged on the insulating shell and is used for conveying heat generated during operation of the module assembly to the outside of the insulating shell through the heat dissipation holes. Each component in the output module is packaged by using an insulating material, so that a device with an independent space is formed, the assembly work is simplified while the size is reduced, and a plurality of cooling fans are mounted at the bottom of the output module according to the heat productivity, so that a high-temperature area formed by mass accumulation of heat above the cabinet body is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种适用于大功率充电的输出模块,涉及充电桩技术领域,包括,绝缘壳体,其上开设有若干个散热孔;模块组件,固定封装在所述绝缘壳体内,所述模块组件包括主控模块和直流供电模块,所述主控模块用于与充电桩主控端以及电动汽车端进行通讯,并控制所述直流供电模块向电动汽车供电;以及,散热风扇,固定设置在所述绝缘壳体上,用于将所述模块组件运行时产生的热量通过所述散热孔输送至所述绝缘壳体外。本发明将输出模块中的各元器件使用绝缘材料进行封装,使其形成一个拥有独立空间的器件,在缩小尺寸的同时简化了装配工作,还根据发热量大小在输出模块的底部安装若干个散热风扇,避免了热量在柜体上方大量堆积形成高温区。
