The invention relates to a battery equalization evaluation method for new energy battery charging, which comprises the following steps: acquiring SOC-battery cell charging voltage curve characteristics in a single battery cell charging process, selecting an interval needing equalization, and recording the voltage of the interval as [V1, V2] and the SOC as [SOC1, SOC2]; presetting a threshold value V3 of the voltage difference of the single battery cells; collecting the voltage V of each single battery cell in real time to form a battery system voltage set, and determining the highest voltage Vmax of the single battery cells in the battery system; judging whether the highest voltage Vmax of the single cells is greater than V1 and smaller than V2 or not, if so, entering the next step, calculating the difference value between the voltage V of each single cell and MAX (V1, Vmin), comparing the difference value with a preset threshold value V3 of the voltage difference of the single cells, and outputting balance evaluation information of the single cells; and starting equalization according to the equalization evaluation information of the single battery cells. The whole vehicle working condition constraint conditions are few, and the equalization time can be calculated as long as it is judged that the voltage difference of the single bodies exceeds the threshold value in the charging process.
本发明涉及一种用于新能源电池充电的电池均衡评估方法,包括获取单体电芯充电过程中的SOC‑电芯充电电压曲线特性,选择出需要进行均衡的区间,记录该区间的电压为[V1,V2],SOC为[SOC1,SOC2];预设单体电芯压差的阈值V3;实时采集每个单体电芯的电压V,形成电池系统电压集合,确定电池系统中的单体电芯的最高电压Vmax;判断单体电芯最高电压Vmax>V1且Vmax<V2是否成立,如果成立,则进入下一步,计算每个单体电芯的电压V和MAX(V1,Vmin)的差值,并将差值与预设单体电芯压差的阈值V3进行比较,输出单体电芯的均衡评估信息;按照单体电芯的均衡评估信息开启均衡;本发明的整车工况约束条件少,只要充电过程判断出单体的压差超过阈值,便可以计算均衡时间。
