The invention discloses an electric vehicle control system capable of prolonging endurance in a low-electric-quantity state, and the control system comprises the following modules: a vehicle driving control module which is used for driving and controlling the running of an electric vehicle, a vehicle power supply module used for supplying power to the vehicle driving module so that the vehicle driving module can drive the electric vehicle to run, an endurance prolonging control module used for prolonging the endurance of the vehicle in the low-electric-quantity state of the vehicle power supply module so that the vehicle can safely reach a charging site. The situation that the vehicle is accelerated urgently in the driving process is effectively reduced by reducing the response speed of an accelerator pedal of the vehicle in the low-electric-quantity mode. The vehicle can run at a relatively stable running speed in the running process, so that the effect of relatively prolonging the running endurance of the electric vehicle in a low-electric-quantity mode is effectively realized, and the vehicle can safely run into a charging station.
