The invention provides a low-cost electric vehicle working system capable of prolonging endurance mileage, which comprises a vehicle control unit for receiving an accelerator switch signal fed back by an accelerator pedal; the motor driving system drives wheels to rotate according to a driving signal fed back by the vehicle control unit; the battery system provides electric energy for work of the motor driving system and feeds back battery state information to the whole vehicle controller in real time; the power generation system sends electric quantity to the electric power storage system according to an accelerator signal fed back by the vehicle control unit; the vehicle control unit determines the driving intention of a driver according to the accelerator switch signal; and determining working strategies of the motor driving system and the power generation system according to the driving intention and battery state information fed back by the battery system. The mature whole vehicle control three-electricity system and the mature fuel engine are adopted, the engine, the engine controller, the generator and the generator controller are integrated into an independent power generation system, the original control logic of the engine is not changed, the improvement cost is low, and the system is suitable for popularization.
本发明提供低成本延长续航里程的电动汽车工作系统,包括整车控制器,接收油门踏板反馈的油门开关信号;电机驱动系统,根据整车控制器反馈的驱动信号驱动车轮转动;电池系统,为电机驱动系统的工作提供电能,并将电池状态信息实时反馈至整车控制器;发电系统,根据整车控制器反馈的油门信号发出电量至蓄电系统;整车控制器根据油门开关信号,确定驾驶员的驾驶意图;根据驾驶意图、电池系统反馈的电池状态信息确定电机驱动系统、发电系统的工作策略。本发明采用成熟的整车控制三电系统和成熟的燃油发动机,将发动机及发动机控制器、发电机及发电机控制器整合成独立的发电系统,不改变发动机原有控制逻辑,改造成本低、适于推广。
