The invention relates to a lightweight integrated aluminum alloy thrust rod with an insert. The lightweight integrated aluminum alloy thrust rod comprises a rod body and ball heads integrally formed at the two ends of the rod body, wherein each ball head is provided with a mounting hole used for mounting a spherical hinge assembly; an annular insert is embedded in the inner wall surface of the mounting hole, and a clamp spring mounting groove is formed in the inner circumferential wall of the insert; the rod body comprises a main connecting plate connected with the peripheral surfaces of the two ball heads and two auxiliary connecting plates connected with the end faces of the two ball heads respectively; the auxiliary connecting plates are both perpendicular to the main connecting plate, so that the cross section of the rod body is approximately I-shaped, and the extending direction of the auxiliary connecting plates is perpendicular to the central axis of the mounting hole; the outer circumferential wall of each ball head is provided with two weight reduction grooves extending in the circumferential direction, and the two weight reduction grooves are formed in the axial direction of the ball head in a spaced mode, so that a reinforcing rib is formed between the weight reduction grooves; and the two ends of the reinforcing rib extend to be connected with the two surfaces of the main connecting plate respectively. According to the thrust rod, the strength and the rigidity are guaranteed, and meanwhile the good weight reduction effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种具有嵌件的轻量化一体式铝合金推力杆,包括杆体、以及一体成型于杆体两端的球头,每个球头均具有用于安装球铰组件的安装孔;安装孔的内壁面嵌设有环形的嵌件,卡簧安装槽设置于嵌件的内周壁上;杆体包括连接两个球头的外周面的主连接板,以及分别连接两个球头的端面的两块副连接板,副连接板均与主连接板垂直设置,从而使得杆体的横截面近似呈“工”字型,且副连接板的延伸方向与安装孔的中轴线垂直;每个球头的外周壁上均设有沿周向延伸的两个减重槽,两个减重槽沿球头的轴向间隔设置,从而在减重槽之间形成加强筋,加强筋的两端延伸而分别与主连接板的两个表面连接。本发明的推力杆保证强度和刚度的同时,具有良好的减重效果。
