The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile hubs, and particularly relates to a lightweight aluminum alloy hub. The lightweight aluminum alloy hub comprises a wheel disc body. Multiplesupporting plates are arranged between the wheel disc body and a wheel core in the circumferential direction. Annular sliding grooves are formed in the cavity wall of the inner ring of the wheel discbody. A winding cavity is formed on one side wall of each of the multiple supporting plates, and elastic metal thin plates are rotationally wound in the multiple winding cavities through winding rods.The upper portions of one ends of the elastic metal thin plate are connected to a steel wire thin rope, and each elastic metal thin plate slides in the corresponding annular sliding groove between the two corresponding adjacent supporting plates through the steel wire thin rope. The steel wire thin rope is annularly coiled in the annular sliding grooves, the two ends of the steel wire thin rope are wound on two wire winding barrels correspondingly, and one wire winding barrel is connected to the output end of a drive motor through a rotating column. A driving gear is fixed to the output end of the drive motor, and a driven gear is arranged on the side face of the driving gear in an engaged manner. The driven gear is rotationally connected to the side walls of the supporting plates throughthe rotating column. The service life of the hub in long-time running is prolonged.

    本发明属于汽车轮毂技术领域,具体的说是一种轻量化铝合金轮毂;包括轮盘体;轮盘体和轮芯之间圆周方向设置有多个支撑板;轮盘体的内圈腔壁上开设有环形滑槽;多个支撑板的一侧壁均开设有收卷腔,且多个收卷腔内均通过收卷杆转动收卷有弹性金属薄板;弹性金属薄板的一端上方连接到钢丝细绳上,且弹性金属薄板通过钢丝细绳在相邻两个支撑板之间的环形滑槽内滑动;钢丝细绳环形盘绕在环形滑槽内,且钢丝细绳的两端分别缠绕在两个卷线筒上;其中一个卷线筒通过转动柱连接到驱动电机的输出端;主动齿轮固定到驱动电机的输出端,且主动齿轮的侧面啮合有从动齿轮;从动齿轮通过转动柱转动连接到支撑板的侧壁;提高了轮毂在长时间行驶的使用寿命。
