The invention discloses a grid light-weight aluminum alloy carriage in the technical field of carriages. The carriage comprises a bottom board, a breast board, a front breast board, a rear door and a top cover, the bottom plate, the breast board, the front breast board and the top cover are fixed into a frame capable of containing goods, the rear door is connected with the breast board through a hinge, and the rear door can be rotatably opened along the hinge; and the breast board comprises a square latticed breast board framework formed by assembling and welding aluminum alloy square tubes, the breast board framework is provided with a window, and a square latticed protective net is formed in the window through transverse and longitudinal shuttling weaving of steel wire ropes. The carriage structure is optimized, aluminum alloy is adopted as a base material for manufacturing the carriage, grid design is adopted for the breast board part, the strength is improved, materials are reduced, the light weight of the carriage is achieved, the weight of the carriage can be reduced, energy consumption of transportation can be reduced, and the transportation cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了车厢技术领域的一种网格轻量化铝合金车厢,包括底板、栏板、前栏板、后门及顶盖,所述底板、栏板、前栏板及顶盖固定成可以装货物的框形,所述后门通过铰接与栏板连接,所述后门可沿铰接处旋转打开;所述栏板包括由铝合金方管组焊成的方形网格状栏板骨架,所述栏板骨架设置有窗口,所述窗口中通过钢丝绳横纵穿梭编织形成方形网格状的防护网;本发明通过对车厢结构进行优化采用铝合金作为制作车厢基材,栏板部份采用网格设计提高强度降低用材,实现车厢轻量化,既可减轻车厢重量,又可节约运输的能源消耗,降低运输成本。
