The invention discloses a wave energy endurance manta ray type AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vegetation). According to the design of the structure, an underwater organism manta ray is used as a bionic prototype, a water storage bin and two direct-current miniature diaphragm water pumps (KPV14A-6A) are fixedly mounted in the middle of an AUV main body operation panel through a water storage capacity adjusting method, the self weight of the AUV is adjusted by changing the self weight of the AUV underwater, and the underwater sinking and floating movement can be realized in cooperation with the fluctuating movement of pectoral fins. The basic principle of piezoelectric effect is adopted, each fin ray is wrapped with a piezoelectric film, when the manta ray type AUV conducts flapping motion through the pectoral fins, the piezoelectric films attached to the surfaces of the fin rays generate a polarization phenomenon on the surfaces under the action between active flapping and fluid, and at the moment, through an energy transmission band which surrounds the fin rays and moves along with the fin rays, electric charges generated by polarization are transmitted to an electric energy conversion device so as to generate electricity, so that the underwater cruising ability of the manta ray type AUV is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种波浪能续航型蝠鲼式AUV(Autonomous Underwater Vehicle),本构型设计借助水下生物——蝠鲼为仿生原型,通过储水量调节法,在AUV主体操作板中间固定安装一个储水仓和两个直流微型隔膜水泵(KPV14A‑6A),在水下改变自重从而实现AUV的自重调节,配合胸鳍的波动运动可以实现在水下的沉浮运动。通过采用压电效应的基本原理,将每根鳍条外包裹压电薄膜,当蝠鲼型AUV利用胸鳍扑动运动时,附着在鳍条表面的压电薄膜在主动扑动与流体之间的作用之下,表面产生极化现象,此时可以通过环绕在随之运动的鳍条上的能量传输带,将由极化产生的电电荷传送到电能转化装置从而发电,有效提高了蝠鲼型AUV的水下续航能力。
