The invention discloses a self-power-generation coal mine energy-saving hoisting winch and a using method. The self-power-generation coal mine energy-saving hoisting winch comprises a winch barrel, a motor, a speed reducer, a gear column, a rotating shaft, a power generation box, a supporting frame and rollers; the winch barrel is fixed to the upper portion of a mine and connected with the speed reducer; the speed reducer is connected with the motor through a coupling; the motor is fixed to the ground or a concrete face through a base; a steel wire rope is wound around the winch barrel and connected with a coal conveyor under the mine; circular rings are welded to the two ends of the winch barrel; the gear column installed through a bolt is arranged at the left side end of the winch barrel and rotates along with the winch barrel; the rotating shaft is installed on one side of the gear column and connected with the power generation box; the power generation box is fixed to the ground through a screw; the circular rings make contact with the rollers; the multiple rollers are connected with the supporting frame; and the supporting frame is fixed to the concrete face through a bolt. The self-power-generation coal mine energy-saving hoisting winch is reasonable in design; and the gear column and the rotating shaft are matched so that power can be generated when the steel wire rope is put down, electricity can be provided for an illumination lamp after power generation, and resources are saved.

    本发明公开了一种自发电煤矿节能提升绞车及使用方法,包括绞筒、电机、减速器、齿轮柱、转轴、发电箱、支撑架、滚筒,所述绞筒固定在矿井的上方,绞筒与减速器连接,减速器经连轴器与电机连接,电机通过底座固定在地面或混凝土面上,所述绞筒上缠绕有钢丝绳,钢丝绳与矿井下的运煤车连接,绞筒的两端焊接有圆环,绞筒的左侧端设有螺栓安装的齿轮柱,齿轮柱随绞筒一起旋转,齿轮柱的一侧安装有转轴,转轴与发电箱连接,发电箱经螺钉固定在地面上,所述圆环与滚筒接触,滚筒设有多个,滚筒与支撑架连接,支撑架经螺栓固定在混凝土面上。本发明设计合理;齿轮柱与转轴配合能在下放钢丝绳时进行发电,发电后能对照明灯提供电量节约了资源。
