The invention provides a double-speed-ratio speed reducer for a coal mine well hoisting winch, and relates to the technical field of speed reducers. The problems that helical teeth on a worm are prone to fracture due to overlarge fatigue in the using process, oil flushing of a gear cannot be achieved in a linkage mode, a fixing plate is only fixed through bolts, and no auxiliary alignment and fixing structure exists are solved. The double-speed-ratio speed reducer for the coal mine well hoisting winch comprises a main body plate, wherein the fixing plate is fixedly connected to the main body plate, and a transmission box is further fixedly connected to the main body plate; a first winding roller and a second winding roller are rotationally connected to the fixing plate and the transmission box, and a limiting cleaning structure is further rotationally connected to the fixing plate and the transmission box. Due to the fact that a gear F is meshed with a gear E and a gear G, when an adjusting rod rotates, a rotating shaft C is in a rotating state, the rotating shaft C forms an auxiliary structure of a driving structure, and therefore safety accidents caused by breakage of the spiral teeth on the adjusting rod are prevented.

    本发明提供煤矿井提升绞车用双速比减速机,涉及减速机技术领域,解决了在使用过程中蜗杆上的螺旋齿容易因疲劳度过大而造成断裂现象;不能够通过联动的方式实现齿轮的油液冲洗;固定板仅仅是通过螺栓固定的,无辅助对正以及固定结构的问题。煤矿井提升绞车用双速比减速机,包括主体板;所述主体板上固定连接有一个固定板,且主体板上还固定连接有一个传动箱;所述固定板和传动箱上转动连接有第一缠绕辊和第二缠绕辊,且固定板和传动箱上还转动连接有限位清洁结构。因齿轮F分别与齿轮E以及齿轮G啮合,当调整杆转动转动时转轴C同为转动状态,且转轴C组成了驱动结构的辅助式结构,从而防止调整杆上的螺旋齿断裂造成安全事故。
