The embodiment of the invention provides a balance damping seat, a balance damping method and a manned unmanned aerial vehicle, wherein the balance damping seat is applied to the manned unmanned aerial vehicle; the balance damping seat comprises a seat body, a plurality of telescopic supporting units and a control unit, wherein one end of each telescopic supporting unit is arranged on an unmanned aerial vehicle body, and the other end of the same is installed on the seat body; then the control unit is in communication connection with each telescopic supporting unit, and the control unit comprises a control panel module and a vibration attitude acquisition module which are in communication connection; the vibration posture acquisition module is arranged on the seat body and can acquire vibration and posture data of the seat body in real time; the control panel module controls each telescopic supporting unit to stretch out and draw back according to the vibration and posture data, so that the seat body is in a balanced state. Therefore, the technical problem that in a manned unmanned aerial vehicle, the riding experience is poor due to the fact that the manned seat vibrates or inclines along with the unmanned aerial vehicle is solved.
