The invention provides a steering control system and an operation machine. The steering control system comprises a front axle steering rod system, a rear axle steering rod system, a telescopic device hinged between the front axle steering rod system and the rear axle steering rod system, and a first driving device. The telescopic device is provided with a first telescopic rod hinged to the front axle steering rod system and a second telescopic rod hinged to the rear axle steering rod system, and the first driving device is used for controlling the two telescopic rods to do telescopic motion or not according to steering modes. Therefore, the front axle steering rod system and the rear axle steering rod system are connected through the telescopic rod, and steering of the front axles and steering of the rear axles are connected and achieved through the mechanical rod system. And the two telescopic rods are controlled to do corresponding actions according to the selected steering mode, so that axle steering in the mode is realized. Therefore, the reliability and accuracy of the steering relation during steering of each axle can be effectively improved by utilizing the mechanical rod system, an angle sensor can be replaced, and the cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种转向控制系统及作业机械,包括前桥转向杆系、后桥转向杆系、铰接在前桥转向杆系与后桥转向杆系之间的伸缩装置和第一驱动装置。伸缩装置设有与前桥转向杆系铰接的第一伸缩杆和与后桥转向杆系铰接的第二伸缩杆,第一驱动装置用于根据转向模式分别控制两个伸缩杆是否作伸缩运动。因此前桥转向杆系和后桥转向杆系通过伸缩杆相连接,从而各前桥和后桥的转向通过机械杆系连接和实现。根据选择的转向模式控制两个伸缩杆作相应动作,从而实现该模式下的车桥转向。这样利用机械杆系不仅能够有效提升各桥转向时转向关系的可靠性和准确性,还能取代角度传感器,降低成本。
