The invention provides an automobile seat based on a concave hexagonal negative Poisson's ratio cellular structure, which comprises a headrest area, a backrest area, a cushion area and a seat framework, wherein the cushion area comprises multiple layers of negative Poisson's ratio structures for buffering and fillers filled among the multiple layers of negative Poisson's ratio structures; the multi-layer negative Poisson's ratio structure is formed by a plurality of negative Poisson's ratio cell arrays, and the cell walls of the cells are in a regular concave hexagon shape. According to the invention, the negative Poisson's ratio structure can fully resist load pressure of a driver and passengers on the seat; in addition, when an automobile is in a rapid acceleration state, the energy absorption efficiency of the back cushion and the back cushion can be improved, impact force borne by the back is more stable, and therefore, the driving experience and comfort of the driver and the passengers are greatly improved. Besides, from the perspective of automobile light weight, compared with a traditional structure, the negative Poisson's ratio structure has the advantages that the mass is greatly reduced, the mass of the whole automobile is reduced, the driving cost of the automobile is saved, and the internal space of the automobile is saved.

    本发明提供一种基于内凹六边形负泊松比元胞结构的汽车座椅,包括头枕区、靠背区、坐垫区和座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述坐垫区包括用于缓冲的多层负泊松比结构以及填充于多层负泊松比结构之间的填充物;所述多层负泊松比结构由多个负泊松比元胞阵列而成,所述元胞的胞壁呈规则的内凹六边形状。本发明的负泊松比结构可以充分抵抗来自驾乘人员对于座椅的载荷压力,此外,当汽车在急加速状态下,本发明可以提高垫背以及靠枕的吸能效率,使后背所受到的冲击力更加平稳,大大改善驾乘人员的驾乘体验和舒适性。从汽车轻量化角度考虑,负泊松比结构与传统结构相比,质量大大减少,减少了整车质量,节约了汽车的行驶成本以及节省了汽车的内部空间。
