The invention provides a negative poisson ratio honeycomb sandwich filled automobile anti-collision beam which comprises an outer anti-collision plate and an inner anti-collision plate, and an energy absorption device is mounted between the outer anti-collision plate and the inner anti-collision plate; the energy absorption device comprises a front top plate, a rear top plate, mounting holes and a filling structure, the filling structure is composed of a negative poisson ratio honeycomb-like sandwich, the negative poisson ratio honeycomb-like sandwich is fixed by the front top plate and the rear top plate and mounted in the length direction of the anti-collision beam, the negative poisson ratio honeycomb-like sandwich is composed of a plurality of honeycomb-like cell elements, and the mounting holes are formed in the mounting holes. The honeycomb-like cells are made of elastic materials. By the adoption of the automobile anti-collision beam, the good energy absorption characteristic and deformation stability can be achieved, and therefore the energy absorption performance of the anti-collision beam is improved.

    本发明提供了一种负泊松比类蜂窝夹芯填充的汽车防撞梁,包括外防撞板和内防撞板,所述外防撞板和内防撞板之间安装有吸能装置;所述吸能装置包括前顶板、后顶板、安装孔和填充结构,所述填充结构由负泊松比类蜂窝夹芯组成,所述负泊松比类蜂窝夹芯由前顶板和后顶板固定,并沿防撞梁的长度方向安装,所述负泊松比类蜂窝夹芯由若干个类蜂窝胞元所组成,所述类蜂窝胞元由弹性材料所制成。通过采用上述的汽车防撞梁能够起到很好的良好的吸能特性和变形稳定性,以此来提升防撞梁的吸能性能。
