The invention relates to an unlocking method and system based on a protection section for improving the train operation safety. The method comprises the steps that a computer interlock CI judges that a train stops stably in a platform area and sends notification information of a protection section to be unlocked to a line controller LC; after receiving notification information that the computer interlock CI wants to unlock the protection section, the line controller LC checks the actual condition of the train occupying the voltage protection section, and if the train does not actually occupy the voltage protection section, the train moving authorization MA is withdrawn to the initial end of the protection section; and after receiving the information that the line controller LC withdraws the train moving authorization MA to the starting end of the protection section, the computer interlock CI executes the action of unlocking the protection section. Therefore, the method has the advantages that (1) whether the train actually occupies the protection section or not is verified before the protection section is unlocked, so that the danger is prevented, and the defect is overcome; and (2) a protection section delay unlocking trigger section is arranged, so that the time required for delay unlocking is obviously shortened, and the time for a train to stay on the platform is effectively shortened.
本发明涉及一种基于提高列车运行安全的保护区段的解锁方法及系统。包括:计算机联锁CI判断列车在站台区域停稳,给线路控制器LC发送欲解锁保护区段通知信息;线路控制器LC收到计算机联锁CI欲解锁保护区段通知信息后检查列车实际占压保护区段状况,若列车实际未占压保护区段则将列车移动授权MA撤回至保护区段始端;计算机联锁CI收到线路控制器LC将列车移动授权MA撤回至保护区段始端的信息后执行解锁保护区段动作。因此,本发明的优点是:(1)在保护区段解锁之前先验证列车是否实际占压保护区段,以防止上述危险发生,弥补了这一缺陷;(2)设置保护区段延时解锁触发区段,使延时解锁所需时长明显降低,有效改善了列车滞留在站台的时间。
