The invention provides a protection section unlocking method and device. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an unlocking protection section instruction; and unlocking the protection section after a first time interval according to the protection section unlocking instruction, the first time interval being greater than or equal to a second time interval, and the second time interval being the maximum time interval of receiving the message of the next active transponder after the train receives the message of the current active transponder in the point type operation mode. According to the protection section unlocking method and device, the train cannot enter the protection section, on one hand, safe operation of the train is guaranteed, on the other hand, the rescue train can smoothly conduct rescue from a turnout of the protection section, so that compared with the prior art, the rescue time is greatly saved.

    本发明提供一种保护区段解锁方法及装置。所述方法包括:接收解锁保护区段指令;根据所述解锁保护区段指令,在经过第一时间间隔后,将保护区段解锁;其中,所述第一时间间隔大于或等于第二时间间隔;所述第二时间间隔为列车在点式运行模式下接收到当前有源应答器的报文后,接收下一有源应答器的报文的最大时间间隔。本发明提供的保护区段解锁方法及装置可确保列车不会进入保护区段中,一方面保证了列车的安全运行,另一方面还保证了救援列车能顺利从保护区段的道岔进行救援,从而相比于现有技术大幅节约了救援时间。
