The invention discloses a large-diameter glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline laying mechanism used based on a seabed environment. The mechanism comprises a suspension cable, a cross frame, a suspension ring, a connecting cable, a pipeline body and a first air bag, the bottom end of the suspension cable is connected with the suspension ring through the connecting cable, the bottom end of a first connecting pipe is mounted at the top end of a vertical pipe, and a control valve is mounted on the first connecting pipe. The bottom end of the vertical pipe is communicated with the top end of the second connecting pipe, and meanwhile the vertical pipe is vertically and fixedly installed on the surface of the vertical arm. According to the large-diameter glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline laying mechanism used based on the seabed environment, the air bags are arranged on the outer side of the outer wall of the pipeline, compared with a traditional mode that the air bags are arranged inside, influences on pipeline butt joint are smaller, dismounting is more convenient, meanwhile, the multiple sets of air bags are arranged up and down, and shaking generated in the pipeline sinking process is effectively buffered. Meanwhile, after the air bags are completely shrunk, automatic separation of related assemblies of the air bags can be achieved through deformation of the air bags, and repeated disassembly through manual operation of personnel is not needed.

    本发明公开了一种基于海底环境使用的大口径玻璃钢管道铺设机构,包括吊缆、横架、吊环、连接索、管道本体和第一气囊,所述吊缆的底端通过连接索和吊环相连,所述第一连接管的底端安装在竖管的顶端,且第一连接管上安装有控制阀,并且竖管的底端和第二连接管的顶端相连通,同时竖管垂直固定安装在竖臂的表面。该基于海底环境使用的大口径玻璃钢管道铺设机构,将气囊设置在管道外壁的外侧,相比较传统的设置在内部,对管道对接的影响更小且拆除更加方便,同时设置上下多组气囊,对管道沉底过程中产生的晃动进行有效缓冲,同时能够在气囊完全萎缩后利用自身形变实现气囊相关组件的自动分离,无需人员手动操作反复拆卸。
