The invention discloses a feeding device for glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline production. The feeding device comprises a winding cylinder. The adjusting assembly is arranged at the middle position of the peripheral side of the winding cylinder, and the adjusting assembly adjusts the diameter of the winding cylinder; and a supporting assembly is arranged on the top side of the base. According to the improved transfer device, when a semi-finished glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline is rotated, the winding barrel can be supported, restrained and limited to the lower position of the top side of the base, the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline is convenient to observe and does not need to be supported, and angle adjustment of the semi-finished glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline and fine adjustment of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline are convenient; the winding drum is not prone to colliding with workers, the winding drum and a semi-finished glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline are transferred through movement of the base, meanwhile, the overall diameter of the winding drum can be adjusted to a certain degree, and therefore the winding drum can be pulled out of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline more easily.
