The invention discloses a section steel part hoisting mechanical arm device which comprises a casing, wherein a motor is fixed to the casing and connected with a driving gear, first mechanical arms are respectively arranged at two ends of the casing in a displaceable mode, at least part of each first mechanical arm extends into the casing and is connected with a rack, the first mechanical arm is connected with a second mechanical arm through a supporting rod, a guiding shaft is fixed in the second mechanical arm, a first abutting plate is movably arranged at the end of the second mechanical arm, a shaft sleeve is fixed to the first abutting plate, at least part of the shaft sleeve extends into the second mechanical arm and is connected to the guiding shaft in a sleeved mode, an arc-shaped abutting piece is fixed to the part, located in the second mechanical arm, of the shaft sleeve, a second abutting plate is movably arranged on the end surface of the second mechanical arm, a guide column is fixed to the second abutting plate, and one end, away from the second abutting plate, of the guide column is fixed to an inclined plate. The problems that a traditional rope hoisting mode is low in safety, I-shaped steel is prone to inclining and falling off in the hoisting process, and certain potential risks exist are solved.

    本发明公开了一种型钢件起吊机械臂装置,型钢件起吊机械臂装置包括机壳,机壳上固定有电机,电机连接有驱动齿轮,机壳的两端分别可位移地设置有第一机械臂,第一机械臂至少部分延伸至机壳内并连接有齿条,第一机械臂通过支杆连接有第二机械臂,第二机械臂内固定有导向轴,第二机械臂的端部可活动地设置有第一抵压板,第一抵压板上固定有轴套,轴套至少部分延伸至第二机械臂内部并套接在导向轴上,位于第二机械臂内部的轴套上固定有弧形抵触件,第二机械臂的端面可活动地设置有第二抵压板,第二抵压板上固定有导向柱导向柱中远离第二抵压板的一端固定于斜板。解决了传统的绳索起吊方式,安全性较低,在起吊过程中工字钢容易倾斜发生脱落,存在一定的安全隐患的问题。
