The invention provides a centralized control device beside ship main propulsion device and control method. The control method comprises the following steps: step 1, controlling the local centralized control device to obtain a local-level remote control authority through a host control panel; step 2, controlling a local host to be connected through the host control panel, automatically adjusting the rotating speed of the local host to a first host connecting rotating speed, and automatically connecting; and step 3, when double-engine parallel operation is needed, controlling a coaxial main engine to be connected and arranged by the host control panel, automatically adjusting the rotating speed of the coaxial main engine to the actual rotating speed of the main engine, then carrying out automatic connection and arrangement, and completing automatic synchronous parallel operation. The centralized automatic control function and state display of the local main propulsion device of the engine room are realized, the emergency control function is considered, the operation is simple and convenient, the automation degree of local control of the engine room and the operation efficiency of the main propulsion device under the emergency working condition are improved, the ship vitality is improved, and the device is especially suitable for an automatic control system of a ship main propulsion device.

    本发明提供一种船舶主推进装置机旁集中控制装置及控制方法,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、通过主机控制面板控制机旁集中控制装置取得本地级遥控控制权限;步骤二、通过主机控制面板控制本机主机接排,本机主机转速自动调节至首机接排转速并自动接排;步骤三、需要双机并车时,通过主机控制面板控制同轴主机接排,同轴主机的转速自动调节到本机主机的实际转速后自动接排,完成自动同步并车。本发明实现了机舱本地主推进装置的集中自动控制功能及状态显示,同时兼顾了应急控制功能,操作简单便捷,提高了机舱本地控制的自动化程度以及应急工况下对主推进装置的操作效率,提高了船舶生命力,特别适用于船舶主推进装置自动控制系统。
