The invention provides a redundancy type integrated electric drive unit and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of automobile steering electric control, and the redundancy type integrated electric drive unit comprises a double-winding six-phase motor and two control systems for driving double windings to rotate respectively; the two paths of control systems are the same and respectively comprise a main control circuit module, and the two main control circuit modules are connected through a signal isolation module; the main control circuit module is connected with torque and angle sensors to obtain torque and angle signals of a steering system, is connected with a bus communication module to obtain a working mode enable signal, a vehicle speed signal and a wheel speed signal, and finally calculates internal torque, angle and high-speed auxiliary torque; and the main control circuit module detects the fault condition of a driving unit, so that the motor driving circuit is in an enabling working state, a calculation result is subjected to inversion modulation through an inverter bridge pre-driving chip and a three-phase inverter bridge module and then is input into one winding of the double-winding six-phase motor, and a rotor of the winding is driven to rotate and work. According to the invention, an electric driving unit works stably and has a high fault-tolerant rate.
本发明提供一种冗余型集成式电驱单元及其控制方法,涉及汽车转向电控技术领域,包括双绕组六相电机及驱动双绕组分别转动的两路控制系统;两路控制系统相同,均包括一个主控制电路模块,两个主控制电路模块通过信号隔离模块相连;主控制电路模块连接力矩、角度传感器,获取转向系统的力矩和角度信号,连接总线通讯模块,获取工作模式使能信号、车速信号、轮速信号,最后计算内部力矩、角度及高速辅助力矩;主控制电路模块检测驱动单元故障情况,使电机驱动电路处于使能工作状态,将计算结果通过逆变桥预驱芯片、三相逆变桥模块进行逆变调制后输入双绕组六相电机的一个绕组,驱动该绕组的转子旋转工作。本发明使电驱动单元工作稳定、容错率高。
