The invention relates to a charger for charging a charge-discharge battery. The charger comprises a charging unit, a central processing unit and a timing unit or a counting unit, and the central processing unit controls the charging unit to charge the charge-discharge battery with a proper charging program according to the information of the timing unit or the counting unit. The charging system can effectively charge the battery. The invention further provides a charging method of the charger. According to the charger and the charging method, the battery can be efficiently charged.

    本发明涉及一种给充放电电池进行充电的充电器,包括充电单元、中央处理单元,所述充电器还包括计时单元或计数单元,所述中央处理单元根据所述计时单元或计数单元的信息,控制所述充电单元以合适的充电程序给所述充放电电池进行充电。本发明的充电系统可以对电池进行有效充电。本发明还保护了一种充电器的充电方法。本发明的充电器和充电方法可以对电池进行高效充电。
