The current direction and the current value of the storage battery are obtained through the current transformer, the obtained current value is converted into a voltage value, and the controller preliminarily judges the state of the storage battery at the moment according to the current direction of the storage battery; meanwhile, the state of the storage battery is further judged according to the voltage value of the storage battery, and the state information of the storage battery is accurately judged; and control information is generated according to the judged state of the storage battery, the power generation power of the generator is adjusted, electric energy is provided for the crane electric appliance and the storage battery, and the storage battery is prevented from supplying power to the crane electric appliance. State information of the storage battery is accurately judged, the crane is automatically controlled to execute corresponding actions according to the state information, and electricity shortage of the storage battery is avoided.

    本申请提供了一种防止蓄电池亏电装置及其方法和起重机,解决了现有技术中无法实现在起重机启动情况下,实现对蓄电池的状态进行精确的判断,且控制起重机执行相应动作,避免蓄电池亏电的技术问题。通过电流互感器获取蓄电池的电流方向和电流值,将获取的电流值转换为电压值,控制器根据蓄电池的电流方向初步判断此时蓄电池的状态;同时,再通过将蓄电池的电压值进一步判断蓄电池状态,对蓄电池状态信息进行精确的判断;且根据判断的蓄电池的状态生成控制信息,调整发电机的发电功率,为起重机用电器和蓄电池提供电能,避免蓄电池为起重机用电器供电;即实现精确判断蓄电池的状态信息,根据状态信息自动控制起重机执行相应动作,避免了蓄电池亏电。
