The embodiment of the invention provides a method and device for preventing power shortage of a vehicle storage battery and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: step S11, detecting current state information of the storage battery; step S12, judging whether the current state information of the storage battery meets a first power shortage condition or not, and entering step S13 when the current state information of the storage battery meets the first power shortage condition; step S13, judging whether the current state information and the environment temperature of the power battery meet a second power shortage condition or not and whether a high-voltage system fault exists or not, and entering step S14 when the current state information and the environment temperature of the power battery meet the second power shortage condition and the high-voltage system fault does not exist; and step S14, starting to charge the storage battery. According to the invention, the power shortage risk of the storage battery can be judged from multiple dimensions, and the coverage is wider.
