The invention provides a microgravity unfolding device and relates to the technical field of active microgravity unfolding of complex space mechanisms. The microgravity unfolding device comprises a portal frame, a servo elevator assembly and a hanging structure. The servo hoister assembly is mounted at the top of the portal frame, and the servo hoister assembly follows the movement while balancing the weight of the measured object; the hanging structure comprises a steel wire rope, a movable pulley, a mass center leading-out hanging structure and a whole wing hoisting frame, the steel wire rope is hoisted along with the servo hoisters, the steel wire rope is wound on the movable pulley, the two servo hoisters are subjected to the same stress through rolling of the movable pulley, and the bottom of a supporting frame of the movable pulley is connected with the mass center leading-out hanging structure. The mass center leading-out hanging structure is connected to the whole wing lifting frame through the two-dimensional adjusting rotating shaft, and the whole wing lifting frame is connected with a measured object. The device can effectively solve the problem of ground simulation expansion of a large-load mechanism of a certain space station, and has the functions of large-load gravity balance, follow-up movement and the like.

    本发明提供了一种涉及复杂空间机构主动微重力展开技术领域的微重力展开装置,包括龙门架、伺服提升机组件以及吊挂结构;伺服提升机组件安装于龙门架顶部,伺服提升机组件平衡被测物重量的同时跟随运动;吊挂结构包括钢丝绳、动滑轮、质心引出吊挂结构以及整翼起吊框架,钢丝绳随着伺服提升机进行提升,钢丝绳缠绕于动滑轮上,通过动滑轮的滚动使两台伺服提升机受力相同,动滑轮的支撑架底部连接质心引出吊挂结构,质心引出吊挂结构通过二维调节转轴连接于整翼起吊框架,整翼起吊框架连接被测物。本发明可以有效地解决某型空间站大载荷机构地面模拟展开难题,具有大载荷重力平衡、跟随运动等功能。
