The method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a monitoring processing system comprising a plurality of solar unmanned aerial vehicles, a solar airship, a ground command and control center and a ground border monitoring system; the solar unmanned aerial vehicle sends monitored data to the solar airship, the solar airship compares monitoring information returned by the solar unmanned aerial vehicle with border ground information under normal conditions, marks an abnormal picture, and sends the abnormal picture to the ground command and control center; and after the ground command and control center receives the related information, the related situation is further verified through the border monitoring system, an accurate position is obtained, and an alarm is given. According to the invention, the border line of a certain area can be completely monitored by using several solar unmanned aerial vehicles, 24-hour uninterrupted work is realized, the workload of border patrol personnel is reduced, and the border dynamic state is mastered in real time through the solar unmanned aerial vehicle monitoring method.
