The novel hoisting equipment comprises two sets of bottom plates arranged in parallel, universal wheels are symmetrically mounted at the bottoms of the two sets of bottom plates, and supporting rods are mounted at the tops of the two sets of bottom plates; reinforcing pieces are mounted on the bottom plates in a front-back symmetry mode relative to the supporting rods; a cross beam is mounted at the tops of the two sets of supporting rods; limiting plates and moving devices are arranged on the cross beam, the limiting plates are symmetrically distributed at the two ends relative to the cross beam, the moving devices make contact with the cross beam through rolling wheels, and the moving devices can roll on the cross beam through the rolling wheels; and pulleys are mounted at the lower ends of the moving devices, steel cables are arranged on the pulleys, and the other ends of the steel cables bypass the tops of the pulleys to be connected with hooks. According to the novel hoisting equipment for steel forging, the structure is compact, and the hoisting weight is large; the universal wheels ensure that under the condition of large load, rotating is balanced and flexible, damage caused by blocking is avoided, and vibration and noise of the wheels are effectively reduced; manpower is reduced, and the cost is reduced; and rapid displacement can be conducted according to the specific using position requirements, and the construction efficiency is improved.
