The device has the beneficial effects that 1, the whole device is composed of four module parts including the horizontal supporting assembly, the horizontal moving assembly, the vertical main oil cylinder assembly and the four-way cross beam transition assembly, machining, manufacturing and combined assembling can be conveniently and rapidly carried out, follow-up rapid disassembly, assembly and maintenance operation requirements can be met, and the working efficiency is improved; meanwhile, safe, accurate and stable lifting operation requirements of goods can be met; the modular design is reasonable, the structure is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and application and popularization are facilitated; and 3, the four-direction cross beam transition assembly can realize four-direction horizontal adaptive inclination action, meets four-direction adaptive angle inclination when the hoisting cross beam hoists the goods, completes safe and accurate hoisting of the goods, and also realizes protection of a vertical hoisting oil cylinder at the same time.

    本发明属于货物吊装应用技术领域,具体公开了一种新型吊装设备,由卧式支撑组件、水平向移动组件、竖式主油缸组件和四向横梁过渡组件组成。本发明的有益效果在于:1、整体由卧式支撑组件、水平向移动组件、竖式主油缸组件和四向横梁过渡组件四个模块部分组成,能便捷的进行加工制作及组合装配,也能进行后续快速的拆装、检维操作需求,同时能实现货物安全、精准和稳定的起吊操作要求;2、合理模块化设计,且结构简单、制作成本低,利用推广使用;3、四向横梁过渡组件,能实现四向的水平向适应性倾斜动作,满足吊装横梁吊装货物时进行四向的适应性角度倾斜,完成货物安全和精准的起吊,同时也实现对竖起吊油缸的保护。
