The the two rotating discs at the head position of the vehicle frame rotate toward the same direction at the same time, a linkage mechanism is arranged between the two rotating discs at the vehicle head position of the vehicle frame and drives the two rotating discs at the vehicle tail position of the vehicle frame to rotate in the same direction, a damping mechanism is arranged on the upper surfaces of the rotating discs, and a motor is arranged at the damping end of the damping mechanism. The output end of the motor is fixedly installed with wheels, and the upper surface of the vehicle frame is provided with a single-chip microcomputer. According to the vehicle, the damping mechanism is arranged on the rotating discs, and the rotating discs rotate to drive the damping mechanism to rotate at the same time, so that the damping of the damping mechanism is not affected when the wheels steer, and the damping effect of the wheels is improved.
