The self-adaptive deformation tire comprises a wheel disc and spokes, the spokes are provided with a plurality of spoke through hole sections, resistance wires are arranged in holes of the spoke through hole sections in a penetrating mode, and the two ends of the resistance wires are externally connected with a power source; the wheel disc and the spokes are made of resin materials with shape memory characteristics, when the spokes are in a straightened state, the spokes extend out of the wheel disc, and when the spokes are in a bent state, the spokes retract into the wheel disc. The intelligent materials with a shape memory characteristic are utilized, so that the tire structure is converted into another structural form based on thermal stimulation in-situ driving on the sandpit and muddy road sections, the road holding force and the adhesive force can be enhanced, and a vehicle can smoothly pass through the sandpit and muddy road sections; when the vehicle is driven away from the sandpit and muddy road sections, the vehicle tire structure restores to the original state based on thermal stimulation in-situ driving so as to reduce ground friction and improve the vehicle speed and fuel economy.
本发明涉及一种面向沙坑泥泞路段的自适应变形轮胎及其控制方法,自适应变形轮胎包括车轮轮盘和辐条,辐条上开设有多个辐条通孔段,辐条通孔段的孔内穿设有电阻丝,电阻丝的两端外接电源,车轮轮盘和辐条的材质均为具有形状记忆特性的树脂材料,当辐条处于伸直状态时,辐条伸出车轮轮盘,当辐条处于折弯状态时,辐条收回至车轮轮盘内部。本发明利用具有形状记忆特性的智能材料,使轮胎结构在沙坑泥泞路段时基于热刺激原位驱动转变成为另外一种结构形式从而可以增强抓地力与附着力,使车辆顺利通过沙坑泥泞路段;待车辆驶离沙坑泥泞路段时,车辆轮胎结构基于热刺激原位驱动恢复原始状态以减小地面摩擦提高车速与燃油经济性。
