The invention relates to a self-adaptive deformation tire with a controllable and adjustable tread width and deformation control method thereof. The self-adaptive deformation tire comprises a tread, a first spoke, a second spoke, a main shaft, a sleeve and a supporting rod, the first spoke and the second spoke are installed at the two ends of the main shaft, and the sleeve is arranged on the main shaft in a sleeving mode; the sleeve is connected with a first spoke and a second spoke through supporting rods, the first spoke and the second spoke support the tread, spoke through hole sections are arranged on the first spoke and the second spoke, resistance wires for heating are arranged in holes of the spoke through hole sections in a penetrating manner, and the resistance wires are connected with a power supply; the spokes, the supporting rod, the sleeve and the main shaft are all made of resin materials with shape memory characteristics. The intelligent material with the shape memory characteristic is utilized, so that the tire tread can be changed between a wide surface and a narrow surface according to the terrain and the road condition, the trafficability of a vehicle on an all-terrain road surface is improved, and the tire replacement frequency is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种胎面宽度可控调节自适应变形轮胎及其变形控制方法,自适应变形轮胎包括胎面、第一辐条、第二辐条、主轴、套筒和撑杆,所述第一辐条、第二辐条安装在主轴的两端,所述套筒套装在主轴上,所述套筒通过撑杆与第一辐条和第二辐条连接,所述第一辐条和第二辐条支撑胎面,所述第一辐条和第二辐条上设有辐条通孔段,所述辐条通孔段的孔内穿设有用于加热的电阻丝,所述电阻丝与电源连接;所述辐条、撑杆、套筒和主轴材质均为具有形状记忆特性的树脂材料。本发明利用具有形状记忆特性的智能材料,使轮胎胎面可以根据地形与路况在宽面与窄面之间变化,从而提高车辆在全地形路面上的通过性,减少轮胎更换的次数。
