The invention provides a rail train positioning method and system, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the recognition of the output data, obtained through a vehicle-mounted device, of a first passive marker in a rail line, so as to obtain a first distance between a train and the first passive marker; and determining the position of the train in the track line according to the first distance and the position of the first passive marker. The system executes the method. According to the method, the first distance between the train and the first passive marker is obtained by identifying and ranging the passive marker mounted beside the track line, and the train in the track line is positioned by using the first distance and the position of the passive marker; and the technical scheme that a train is positioned by installing an expensive transponder beside a rail in the prior art is replaced, the installation cost is reduced, and the maintenance cost is reduced due to the fact that the passive markers are long in service life, are vertically installed and are not prone to dust accumulation.

    本发明提供一种轨道列车定位方法及系统,方法包括:对通过车载设备获取的轨道线路中第一无源标志物的输出数据进行识别,以获取列车与所述第一无源标志物的第一距离;根据所述第一距离和第一无源标志物的位置,确定所述轨道线路中列车的位置。所述系统执行所述方法。本发明通过对轨道线路旁安装的无源标志物进行识别以及测距,得到列车与第一无源标志物的第一距离,并利用该第一距离和无源标志物的位置,对轨道线路中的列车进行定位,以替代现有技术中通过在轨旁安装价格昂贵应答器对列车进行定位的技术方案,降低了安装成本,且由于无源标志物使用寿命长、垂直安装及不易积灰,降低了维护成本。
